About our 'lift' award

LIFT is an acronym for Leadership In Forging Transformation. It recognizes individuals who, through their demonstrated and ongoing efforts, have added measurable value to the lives of others within their community.  They 'lift' others to become more successful, be it improving self-worth/esteem, launching or enhancing a business venture, or work in the equality/equity space. The LIFT Award is presented annually during our BurGala™ fundraising event.
